Clock Tower Dimming: National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women

The lights of the City Hall clock tower are periodically dimmed as part of the City’s Community Recognition Program. Dimmings are used to raise awareness of somber events, certain dates of significance, anniversaries of catastrophic events and local, national or international tragedies.
